FAQ - Platform & Courses

Our everskill courses are hosted on a Specialised Training Platform (STP), which means you’ll access and complete these courses outside the Do Skills website. Here’s what happens once you purchase and pay for a course on our site:

  1. We’ll create your student profile on STP.
  2. You’ll receive an email at the address you used to register on the Do Skills website.
  3. The email will include a login link and your unique voucher code.
  4. Click the login link, create your account, and get started with your new learning experience!

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the login page on the Specialized Training Platform (STP).
  2. Click the “Forgot Password” link located below the login fields.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Submit.”
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link (it may take a few minutes to arrive, and don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it).
  5. Click the link in the email, create a new password, and confirm it.

All your enrolled courses are located in the My Courses section of the Specialized Training Platform (STP). To find a specific course, you can use the filter or search by category or title features. Once you’ve located your course, simply click the Begin button to get started.

You can work on multiple courses at the same time, but we recommend managing your workload to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Any courses you’re actively working on will appear in the In Progress tab.

Your dashboard provides a clear overview of your progress, including details of each course you’ve started, completed, or are currently working on. It’s a convenient way to stay organized and track your learning journey!

If you’re having trouble accessing a course, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue quickly:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as this is essential for accessing course content.
  2. Verify Your Login Details: Make sure you’re logged in to the Specialized Training Platform (STP) using the correct email and password associated with your account.
  3. Look in the Correct Section: Navigate to the My Courses section and check both the Available and In Progress tabs to locate your course.
  4. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, browser issues can interfere with course access. Clearing your cache and cookies or switching to a different browser may help.
  5. Check System Requirements: Ensure your device meets the platform’s system requirements and that your browser is up to date.

Tracking your course progress is simple with the Specialized Training Platform (STP):

  1. Dashboard Overview: Your dashboard provides a clear view of all your courses, including those in progress and completed.
  2. In Progress Tab: Visit the In Progress tab under the My Courses section to see the courses you are actively working on.
  3. Completed Courses Tab: Check the Completed tab to view all the courses you’ve finished. It’s a great way to keep track of your achievements and certificates earned.
  4. Progress Indicators: Each course features a progress bar or percentage indicator, showing your advancement and what remains to be completed.
  5. Module Completion: Within each course, completed modules or lessons are clearly marked, helping you track your learning path step by step.

The do skills course structure is set up to include relevant information about and regarding your course. This information is aimed at guiding you through your course and ensuring you are familiar with the STP on which your course is hosted. This information is not part of your curriculum and is for information purposes. As you access the various topics in the course structures they will turn green and show as complete. Your training progress is tracked and recorded on the STP.

If you’ve successfully completed your course on the Specialized Training Platform (STP) and passed the end-of-course assessment, your certificate will be automatically generated and available for download directly from the STP platform.

If you prefer to complete the course process on the Do Skills website:

  1. Log in to your account on www.doskills.io.
  2. Navigate to the course you’ve completed.
  3. Click the “Complete Course” button located in the progress section.

Don’t worry if you click the button accidentally—this action won’t affect your access to the course on the STP platform. You can still return to the course and review materials as needed.

Not all available courses are listed for enrollment directly on the Do Skills website. However, if you purchase an All-Access Plan, you’ll gain unlimited access to the entire course library hosted on the Specialized Training Platform (STP), including courses not featured on our site.

You’ll still receive a certificate of completion for every course you successfully complete on the STP, and you can easily track your progress for each course through your dashboard. This ensures you have access to a wide range of learning opportunities while staying organized and on top of your achievements.

FAQ - Billing

All transactions, purchases, and billing are managed through our main website at www.doskills.io, even though your courses are hosted on the Specialized Training Platform (STP).

To enroll in a course:

  1. Browse the course catalog and select the course you’re interested in.
  2. Click the “Add to Cart” button or link.
  3. Proceed through our secure and user-friendly checkout process.

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to access your course. These details will be available on the Do Skills website and will guide you step-by-step on how to get started. Enrolling is quick, safe, and hassle-free!

You can manage all your transactions and account information directly on the Do Skills website at www.doskills.io. Simply log in to your account and navigate to your dashboard, where you’ll find everything you need:

  • Billing Information: View and manage your payment details.
  • Order History: Access records of your past orders.
  • Profile Updates: Easily update your personal information, such as your name, email, or other account details.

Everything is conveniently located in your dashboard to make managing your account simple and efficient!

We have a no-questions asked 5 days refund policy. If you want to cancel your purchase of a course and get a refund simply mail us on billing@doskills.io within 5 days after you made your purchase for a full refund.

Please note: Unfortunately, we will not refund you if you complete the course and obtain a certificate. If you are unhappy with the course for any reason, stop learning and request a refund immediately.
